Overview

The Future Dealership Development Programme (FDDP) is a leadership development initiative by the Institute for the Future of Work (IFOW) at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), in collaboration with the Automotive Industry Transformation Fund (AITF) and naamsa | The Automotive Business Council.

The goal of this effort, which focuses on female entrepreneurs in the automotive sector, is to eliminate gender gaps in the business by giving them the leadership skills, knowledge, and abilities they need to succeed.

The curriculum for this four-month programme is composed of five modules and is delivered via a hybrid learning method. The influence of technology, experience economy, shifting market realities, strategic management, and ways to adapt to these changes are all covered in these topics.
